Terms of Service
Draft last updated: August 25, 2026
1. What TenderTriage is
TenderTriage is a tool that helps businesses find and evaluate Canadian federal government procurement opportunities. You describe your company; TenderTriage uses an AI model to extract a structured profile from that description, matches it against open tenders published through CanadaBuys, and presents an AI-generated assessment of which opportunities are worth pursuing, worth investigating, or not a good fit. Optionally, you can upload an RFP (request for proposal) document for a similar AI-generated analysis specific to that document.
2. Not official, not advice
Every classification, fit score, and analysis TenderTriage produces is an AI-generated assessment — not an official government rating, and not legal, procurement, or business advice. Tender data is sourced from CanadaBuys' public open data; TenderTriage does not control, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of that underlying data, or of its own AI-generated output. You are responsible for independently verifying any opportunity against its official listing before making a bid/no-bid decision or relying on any information TenderTriage provides.
3. Accounts
You can use core triage features without an account. Creating an account (via Google, Microsoft, or email sign-in) lets TenderTriage save your company profile so you don't have to re-enter it on future visits. You're responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You may request deletion of your account and associated saved data at any time by contacting support@tendertriage.com.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use TenderTriage to submit false or misleading information in a real government bid
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, scrape the service at scale, or interfere with its normal operation
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes others' rights
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the service without permission
5. Uploaded documents
RFP PDFs you upload for analysis are processed in memory and sent to the AI model for that single analysis — they are not written to disk or persisted by TenderTriage. Don't upload documents you don't have the right to share, or documents containing information more sensitive than is necessary for the analysis you're requesting.
6. Service availability
TenderTriage is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind. It depends on third-party services (including Anthropic's API and CanadaBuys' public data) that TenderTriage does not control and that may themselves be unavailable, rate-limited, or changed without notice. TenderTriage is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on its output, from service interruption, or from decisions made using information it provides.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date on this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
